Spring Rolls

To start, gather your filing! I'll put my favorite first, but you can use WHAT EVER YOU WANT. Don't be afraid of your food, or your ability to throw some ingredients together: )

Then you wet two towels and lay one out, put the rice paper wrap down lay the other on top. The water will sink in and make it rollable. You can always pour more water on the towel too if needed.

Take the towel off, Fill them up with ingredients and fold shut.

Have your dipping sauce ready for the dippin!

Spring Roll #1:
sliced jaimaca
mint leaves
basil leaves

Spring Roll #2:
avocado slice
alfalfa & sunflower sprouts
thin sliced red onion (or raw onion rings)

Spring Roll #3
tomato slices
basil leaves
onion sprouts
lettuce leaves

Spring Roll #4
ANY THING YOU LIKE!
gather some veggies you've got around
cut em into appropriate size (about 3 inches by 1 inch)
roll em up!

*this recipe also works if you simply pour your ingredients into a bowl, cover with dipping sauce and eat with chop sticks (cause they're funner than using a fork sometimes).

submit your raw recipe to be published with your credit! : )

The above sauce in the middle is ghetto peanut sauce... I made a whole other sauce to dip em in as an offering to share (so as not to say, "Your sauce is toxic! I'm eating mine!" I just shared an other option:) I'll hafta post it in a bit... too tired to do it now...
